Lab features include:

• Water tunnel with a capacity of 17,945 gallons for testing hydrodynamics
  • Operates at 0.15 m/s (0.49 fps) to 1.50 m/s (4.92 fps)
  • Has a closed‐system circulating channel
  • Has an 80 cm by 130 cm Flow Visualization Test Section and two other viewing windows
• Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) Laser Measurement system for gathering data
• Lab air and vacuum for supporting equipment and experiments
• Humidifiers for controlling the environment
• Access to project transport rail for bringing components in and out
