MATRIX Lab's 80’ by 60’ Open-Air Lab is one of the largest labs of its kind in the country for testing air and ground systems, includes an in-floor water tank for water interface testing and is RF attenuated from 90 MHz to 18 GHz.

This space enables one to characterize receivers and transmitters in a clean environment free from outside interference and reflections.

Flow velocity from 1.0 m/s to 0.03 m/s, with turbulence intensity level ~2.0%.
