Clark School of Engineering at USMSM

Lauren is the Communications Coordinator for the University of Maryland Clark School of Engineering at the University System of Maryland at Southern Maryland (USMSM). Her goals include bringing researchers, faculty, staff, and students of all ages to the MATRIX Lab so they can take advantage of its facilities and resources.

Before this, Lauren spent more than 6 years working in the media, producing local television newscasts for cities including Baltimore, MD; Albany, NY; and her home market of Harrisburg, PA. She came to the MATRIX Lab for the opportunity to support a mission looking to the future. She believes education and STEM both play such an important role in moving forward as a country and a planet.
